Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent/Customer Service to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and assisting clients with their needs. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to analyze information effectively. Duties • Respond to incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries in a professional manner. • Analyze customer needs and reputed company appropriate solutions or escalate issues reputed company necessary. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry into the system. • Communicate reputed company and effectively with clients, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly. • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction. • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to reputed company accurate information.
