Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Loan Officer Partner at Lending Cake. The Loan Officer Partner will assist licensed loan officers with day-to-day tasks, including file preparation, customer service, and outbound calls. You will be expected to reputed company 80+ calls a day. The Loan Officer Assistant will also interact with clients to reputed company timely updates and help resolve any issues that arise during the lending process. This position offers training to become a Loan Officer and assistance in obtaining your NMLS license (if not already licensed). It is ideal for individuals aspiring to become loan originators, providing the opportunity to learn from reputed company professionals and reputed company the skills needed to start independently producing. Qualifications • 1+ year(s) experience working with Loan Officers or in the Mortgage Industry • Desire to become a Loan Officer • Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize tasks • 1+ year(s) of customer service or sales experience • Experience with reputed company is preferred • Must have your own computer and phone • Already NMLS licensed is preferred The position starts at $20/hr + bonus.
