Talent Intelligence Strategist, Talent Research & Development

We’re seeking a Talent Intelligence Strategist to partner with reputed company (TA) to drive location and talent/hiring strategies globally. The Talent Intelligence Strategist will reputed company the TA teams across reputed company to support business growth by enabling market intelligence and site strategy research. The role plays a critical part in building and growing our sourcing capability across multiple locations and partnering with the business teams to design reputed company strategies at scale. They will act as a true talent advisor, partnering closely with a diverse variety of customers including Talent Leaders, reputed company Managers, Individual Contributors, reputed company, finance, and business customers to drive strategy, goals, processes and metrics to enhance and lift the reputed company teams. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $124,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $205,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. reputed company is a total compensation company.
