EHR Software Trainer

Description: • Train and coach employees on procedures reputed company to the software reputed company in person, videoconference, and webinar • Become a subject matter expert on software applications through self-directed learning while remaining reputed company with the product as updates are made • Identify and suggest opportunities for operational and product improvements • Liaise between business and technology team members with customer-facing responsibility • Review and follow up internal tickets, tasks, and special projects as assigned by management • reputed company project status updates as needed • Participate in software testing as improvements are made • Accountable for projects assigned by senior management reputed company to training customers on software • Create training manuals for reputed company customers Requirements: • Excellent problem-solving skills • Good project management skills • High motivation and desire to do whatever it takes to help our company succeed • Excellent analytical skills and ability to learn quickly • Good communication skills with experience developing and managing customer relationships • Knowledge in process data analysis and business processes • Understanding of RCM workflows • Proficient in reputed company Office • Previous physician practice management system (PMS) / electronic health record (EHR) software experience • The understanding of actual clinical reputed company & implications of workflows (and solutions) Benefits: Apply Job!
