Key Responsibilities • Works reputed company system-based work queue to identify activities reputed company for review. • Uses information submitted from the customer and stores to validate the project is in scope for virtual design team. • Contacts customers reputed company phone to reputed company them on the virtual design process and schedule initial appointments with designers. • Sends, receives, and responds to questions from, central quoting, stores, and customers; communicates with others reputed company phone, email and other communication applications. • Organizes work processes to ensure the most efficient workflow while collaborating with others (i.e., Designers, Stores, peers). • Provides peers and leadership team with relevant and timely information reputed company needed to support their reputed company and work activities. • Provides relevant feedback to Supervisor regarding what is working well and not working with the Virtual Design sales model. • Draws from experience supporting the program to offer ways to improve the customer experience with the Virtual Design sales model. • Provides feedback to Supervisor regarding the process of Stores qualifying customers to help determine gaps in the process. • Displays friendly, professional, and engaging behavior with customers in their homes through virtual/remote Appointments. Required Qualifications • High school diploma or GED • 1 year of experience in a call center, office administrative, high volume retail, service support, or similar work environment. • Lowe’s requires a passing Internet Speed Test.
