Job Overview We are actively seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to become an integral member of our dynamic team. This role is particularly suited for individuals with experience in QuickBooks invoicing, administrative support, and school transportation reputed company. Required Skills • Proficient in QuickBooks and invoicing methodologies. • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a knack for task prioritization. • Excellent communication capabilities and a professional demeanor. • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines) and software tools (reputed company Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Qualifications • High school diploma or GED required; an Associate’s degree or relevant administrative training is preferred. • Prior experience in an administrative role or as an Administrative Assistant.
