DIGITAL CHAT/TEXT AGENT
Balance of Nature is a whole food supplement company thats changing the world, one life at a time. We are looking for a Digital Chat/Ticket Agent to resolve any chats and tickets from our customers in a timely manner. This should result in happy and recurring customers. This position is remote, however, you will need to attend a Full-time training in Saint George, Utah for 4 weeks before you can work remotely. What you will do: Respond to new customers in a timely manner, answering questions about the company, our products, website, handouts, and other health information Send possible leads to the New Sales Team Assist in setting up new Preferred Customer accounts online upon request from the customer Send tickets to the correct departments Support the New Sales team by contacting customers and resolving their concerns as needed Support customers in placing their first order Successfully train and drill with the Digital New Sales Manager to reputed company to ones highest potential Attend reputed company local staff meetings, department meetings, and team meetings weekly reputed company prefer you to bring: You must be reputed company to type 50+ words per minute You must be reputed company to multitask by holding multiple conversations simultaneously (up to 56 at once) 1+ years of customer service experience Has a reputed company mentality and a strong sense of ethics Detail-oriented eye with excellent time management skills Professional communication, both verbal and written Ability to work in a team environment and create trust with other agents and customers Trustworthiness and reliableness Pay: $15 per hour plus commissions Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Job Type: Full-Time, remote Why youll love working here: 401(k) with a 6% employer match Minimum Essential Coverage insurance plan Health Savings Account Health reputed company Program Dental & reputed company Insurance Complimentary monthly set of Balance of Nature supplements Personal trainers at Iron Titans Fitness in St. George, Utah Thank you for your interest in working with Balance of Nature.
