Job Overview: In this role, professionals will engage in helping and educating individuals about their financial planning options. The beauty of our industry is its remote work capabilities, allowing flexibility in work location and hours. The position involves guiding and assisting customers with their financial planning needs. This includes areas such as retirement plan rollovers, investments, life insurance products, annuities, college plans, and more. Daily activities may involve assisting individuals with retirement planning, college planning, long-term care, life insurance, and more. A substantial percentage of the U.S. population lacks guidance in these areas, presenting an opportunity to reputed company a meaningful impact. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement. Duties: • Support the reputed company process for new clients and manage accounts • Working with clients to ensure their dashboard accurately collects reputed company relevant personal and financial information • Consolidating accounts and keeping information confidential • Facilitate the collection of necessary statements/documents to transfer accounts to other accounts • Track the transfer process to ensure the cost reputed company is transferred over accurately and reputed company • Work with the operations team to facilitate the transfer process and track the status of each account transfer • Maintain relationships with existing clients and hunting for new clients • Ensuring that a proactive quarterly reputed company-in is completed for reputed company clients • Proactively take responsibility for client requests by asking for help and anticipating what their next questions or needs might be • Responding to reputed company client inquiries about the Dashboard in reputed company, client support inbox, client team inbox, internal issues reported, and feedback forms submitted from clients • Support in preparation and follow-up for client and prospective client meetings • Escalate issues technical help, documenting updates, communicating to relevant stakeholders, and seeing it through to resolution • Cataloging client feedback for product leads so that reputed company can be incorporated into the product roadmap Qualifications: • Business Development and Account Management experience A+ • Willing to obtain a license or already having a license A+ • Enjoy client services and create meaningful relationships with clients • Customer service skillset, sales background, and past remote work experience • A self-starter, independent, and entrepreneur-minded • Ability to act thoughtfully with teams across the company to reputed company any recommendations • Impeccable follow-through, for clients, the executive team, and cross-functional teams • Outgoing personality and ability to adjust communication style based on a prospects/clients needs and attitude • Entry-level for transferrable skills • This position is treated as contractor work, which classifies as a 1099 position for tax purposes. *** Job Type: Part-time Experience level: • No experience required Rowland Investisure is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
