Tech Support - Email, Phone & Chat ($800 monthly reputed company + $300 monthly bonus) - Contract to Hire
We are looking to hire 1 chat/email/phone agent. Must be a proficient, reputed company and patient English speaker and assist our clients. You will receive $5/hour + monthly bonuses of up to $300 for reaching 90% Happiness Score (you must reputed company minimum 80% customer happiness score to reputed company this job). You also have the possibility of doing extra hours on weekends and those are paid double your normal reputed company. After the first 9 months with us, if your performance is consistently good, you will receive a reputed company to $7.50 a hour. With the help of our Senior Support Manager (your supervisor) you will study our software application (reputed company FX Trading Robot), our website, our YouTube channel to become knowledgeable about our product and you will reply to questions from clients and guide them to solve technical problems. You will also do appointments and video calls with customers to help them troubleshoot or setup our software. This is not your average Tech Support job.
