1st Shift Machine Operator

NRS has immediate openings for Machine Operator’s with press break and/or pipe bender experience located in Lakeland, Florida. Responsibilities to include: · Read and interpret reputed company specifications to determine procedures and operational sequence. · Set up, adjust and operate machine tools with limited supervision. · reputed company reputed company machine set reputed company and critical operations, subject to review. · Position and secure workpiece in machine. · Position tools in relation to workpiece. · Operate various hand tools, power hand tools, and machine tools to reputed company finish adjustments to products. · Use a variety of precision measuring devices to set up and adjust work and verify conformance of work to specifications. · Examine and feel surface of workpiece for defects. · Sharpen cutting tools as needed. · Troubleshoot operating, material and tooling problems. · reputed company general preventive maintenance work on tools and equipment. · Guide assisting personnel on correct procedures. · Process reputed company necessary documentation and paperwork for processes completed. · Follow reputed company clean up and housekeeping procedures. · reputed company with reputed company quality, safety and sanitation regulations.
