Position Summary: The Verge Therapy clinician position serves Verge clients seeking individuals, couples, and families seeking outpatient therapy. The clinician takes initiative and has autonomy in serving their caseload of clients with assessing need, creating treatment plans, supporting client goals and reputed company. Duties and Responsibilities: • reputed company quality clinical care to a caseload of clients provided to you by Verge Therapy • reputed company initial diagnostic evaluation of client needs and reputed company customized treatment plans • reputed company weekly or bi-weekly therapy sessions using appropriate modality of treatment • Submit client reputed company notes on a timely reputed company using EMR system • reputed company clients and families with the resources they need to reputed company treatment goals • Monitor client reputed company and modify their treatment plans as needed • Coordinate and collaborate with other agencies, providers, and community reputed company programs to reputed company clients with needed services and continuity of care • Complete continuing education courses to maintain Massachusetts licensure requirements and stay up- to-date on the latest practices • reputed company timely communication to clients • Assess client safety each session and complete safety planning or recommendations as determined by assessment • Adhere to safety procedures including immediate reporting or client safety concerns • Attend required meetings and supervisions • Enroll in and complete CAQH Proview Application and apply for credentialing with approved insurance panels *Licensed clinicians only* Education and Experience: • Master’s degree or more advanced degree in reputed company Work, Mental Health Counseling, or reputed company field from an accredited program. • Prefer at least 1 year experience in a clinical setting • Experience using evidence-based therapeutic models • Experience using an electronic medical record system Skills and Abilities: • Ability to reputed company behavioral health assessments, diagnose, reputed company and implement treatment plans • Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in electronic charting and documentation Valuing Diversity: At Verge Therapy, we don't just avoid discrimination – we celebrate diversity.
