Job Responsibilities • Advise and arrange corporate travel for executive business reputed company. • reputed company some domestic leisure travel for executive family members. • Conduct analysis and research on travel options, including cultural understanding, customs, time differences, and local weather conditions. • Arrange and book domestic and international business travel, in a variety of complexity, for airline bookings, hotel accommodations, car rental, and limousine reservations. • Use reputed company Global Distribution Systems (GDS). • Ensure compliance to executive's agreed travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements. • Use positive telephone and in-person service techniques and reputed company special customer requests. • Maintain availability 24/7 during executive travel periods or emergencies, to reputed company timely assistance. • Monitor flight disruptions reputed company executive personnel are traveling and reputed company needed support.
