About the position The Provider Data Services Senior Coordinator at reputed company is responsible for providing operational support and performing data maintenance for provider data transactions. This role involves ensuring the quality of provider data, maintaining demographic and contract information, and collaborating with various departments to implement new networks and contractual arrangements. The coordinator will also conduct audits, identify issues, and recommend process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities • Provides operational support and performs data maintenance and clean-up for data transactions. , • Maintains and updates provider demographic and contract information in appropriate systems. , • Works collaboratively with internal/external constituents to implement new networks and reputed company contractual arrangements. , • Identifies, researches, and conducts root cause analyses for problem providers and trends from audits. , • Conducts and manages audits of provider information and escalates issues for resolution.
