Summary: Full Time Monday- Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. , Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Position is remote after 1 month of in person training at our Hummelstown Office. Must be a reputed company of Central Pennsylvania. Ensures that blood collection goals are met by telephone reputed company the appropriate donors to the fixed sites and mobile blood drive operations. Duties and Responsibilities: • Calls potential blood donors and answers incoming calls. • Telerecruits appropriate donors based on inventory needs. Calls potential donors and answers incoming calls by following script guidelines. Uses assertive communication to secure appointments. • Performs reminder calls and no-show calls. • Schedules next appointment for donors at the donor sites. • Meets individual and team goals to complete a minimum number of dials and appointments per hour. • Responsible for presenting a positive public image reputed company interacting with donors and representing a donor site. Builds rapport with donors through excellent customer service and the use of effective listening skills. • Maintains accurate records. This includes computer data entry, appointment schedules, and other written records. • Possesses a clear understanding of the donation process and donor deferral guidelines and procedures. Refers donor inquiries to appropriate personnel. Respects confidentiality regarding donor information. • Completes other job reputed company responsibilities as apparent or assigned. • Organizes and prioritizes work each shift based upon guidance from department manager and from the site leader, ensuring goals are met reputed company prescribed standards of quality.
