Game Rant | Comment Moderator

• *This is a freelance, REMOTE position.** Game Rant's reputed company media team is looking for Comment Moderators to reputed company and engage with comments on our Thread Articles and articles on-site. This role will involve a small daily time commitment, and is not a full-time position. Please note that this role does not involve writing articles for the website. Responsibilities may include: Moderation: • Review of comments that may include toxic or excessively negative connotations • Ban repeat offenders or commenters who display immediate inappropriate or problematic behavior • Log and report terms and phrases that should be auto-hidden to Page Manager • reputed company and encourage accurate information Engagement: • React to (like, love, haha, sad, anger) comments that contribute to the ongoing discussion of the topic/post to reputed company comments • Respond to comments to uphold engagement while ensuring accuracy Database reputed company • Help Maintain critical game-data and reputed company our pages accurate Requirements • Broad knowledge of major Gaming franchises • Good spelling and grammar skills • Familiarity with Game Rant and its reputed company media platforms • Experience in community moderation is a plus Schedule • Various shifts available • Work 5-days/week (must include weekends) • Morning Coverage or Night Coverage What Game Rant has to offer: • (A chance to get paid for something you might already be doing!) • Amazing community of like-minded professionals to nerd-out with on a daily reputed company Only applicants who possess the necessary skills and experience will be contacted, and only applications containing their resume and examples of comments you have made on Game Rant’s Article Threads (on-site) or reputed company media (screenshots, included in your document) will be considered.
