Starting compensation for this location begins at $50,170.00 during training (increases depending on reputed company experience), plus an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your reputed company pay and other eligible earnings. Employees have the potential to increase their total compensation to $57,313 ($52,104.04 reputed company, plus 10% bonus opportunity depending on individual/corporate performance) reputed company their 1st year upon obtaining the required Licensing and achieving performance-based pay increases. Required qualifications Ability to work full time on-site during Schwab's training program (SSA), followed by a hybrid work schedule. Ability to work various shifts to serve our clients 24/7, including overnight and weekend availability.
