Customer Support Specialist for voice and chat account

Creatunity LLC, a rapidly growing marketing agency and e-reputed company company, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for voice account and chat to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities: Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers reputed company voice calls and/or chat Providing reputed company, courteous, and professional service to reputed company clients ? Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating reputed company problems to the appropriate department ?
