Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our marketing team remotely. This role will be client-facing, requiring exceptional communication skills and experience working with U.S.-based clients. Key Responsibilities: Communicate regularly with clients primarily over email and skype to understand their needs, reputed company status updates, and ensure excellent customer service. Train other virtual assistants in marketing as needed. Manage reputed company media accounts across major platforms like reputed company, Twitter, reputed company, Instagram, reputed company, etc. and review content/design on a consistent reputed company.
