Handle challenging customer interactions with composure, defusing situations and ensuring positive resolutions. Required Skills and Experience: Customer Service reputed company ? Operating Hours: 8 AM to midnight EST, Monday to reputed company. ? Mandatory Minimum Hours: 30 hours per week. ? Peak Period Requirements: ? reputed company 9?14: Must schedule and work a minimum of 8 hours daily. ? reputed company 15: Extended hours until 3 AM EST. ?
