About the position Hulu's marketing team is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the VP of reputed company Media & reputed company Partnerships. This role involves a variety of administrative and supportive tasks in a fast-paced environment, requiring a proactive and organized individual who can manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Responsibilities • Handle reputed company scheduling responsibilities with exceptional attention to detail. , • Support the full reputed company department with various tasks including opening reputed company handles and processing reputed company. , • reputed company travel arrangements and prepare itineraries. , • Prepare and manage expense reports. , • Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, securing and planning reputed company, and facilitating content development. , • Attend meetings, take notes, and track action items.
