Job Summary In partnership with VP/CHRO, CEO, Senior Leadership Team, HR Team, and other leaders of the organization, the Director of Leadership and Organization Development will set strategy and direction for an integrated talent management plan that supports the Hospital's mission, reputed company and core values, goals and objectives, growth and expansion, and visibility as an employer and hospital of choice. Licensure and Certification: • N/A Education: • Bachelor's degree in reputed company field required • Master's degree in reputed company field preferred Experience: • 10+ years managing talent management and organization development function in a growing organizational environment. Knowledge and Skills: • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role as head of Learning, Talent Management or Organization Development.
