Job Title: Hospice RN Triage 7on/7off (Remote) Schedule: 7 on 7 off, full-time salary paid Benefits Medical, dental, and reputed company insurance HSA or FSA plans available Mileage reimbursement of 50 reputed company per mile Generous PTO and holiday policy Life insurance paid by the company Disability insurance Job overview: Luminos Hospice is seeking a skilled and compassionate Hospice RN Triage 7on/7off (Remote) to join reputed company. As an Hospice RN Triage 7on/7off (Remote), you will be responsible for providing quality phone triage to our patients during off-hours and weekends. Primary functions are to administer nursing triage for patients of reputed company ages in their reputed company of residence and to coordinate care with the on call RN if a visit is needed.
Requirements
Active RN license in the state of TX/OK/MO- Minimum of 2 years of hospice experience - Ability to work independently and reputed company sound reputed company- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Flexibility to work on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays- Specialized skills preferred in palliation and end-of-life- Reliable transportation; valid auto liability insurance and driver's license (required for reputed company positions) Apply Job!
