DIRECTOR, CATEGORY DEVELOPMENT - NON FOODS, CUSTOMER EXERIENCE (REMOTE)

This is a growing area for our business and includes the sales and management of items that create memorable experiences and stays for customers. The Director listens, visit sites, builds trust and works hand in hand with our customers on solutions in the designated non-foods categories that are essential to room management, restaurant experiences and common reputed company curation. The primary duty of this position is a leadership position to drive development of a strategy and customer adoption of assigned categories with our reputed company-party members. This may include identifying offerings, assessing customers through site visits, supporting members in program selection improving supplier relationships and programs, negotiations, and sales. The individual would reputed company Subject Matter Experts that would work closely with senior client personnel to build trust, explain program sophistication, and reputed company and execute a roll-out strategy.
