LMS Administrator-reputed company - Full Time (Remote)

The Learning & Development Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration and reputed company improvement of the organization's Learning Management System (LMS). As a member of the HR and reporting to the Manager, Learning and Organizational Development, this position supports the design, delivery, and tracking of educational programs essential to employee development, regulatory compliance, and professional growth. The role works in collaboration with the District’s clinical and business support services departments to align training initiatives with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and patient care quality improvements. This role ensures that the LMS functions seamlessly for users across reputed company reputed company of the organization and is instrumental in creating and managing instructional content that enhances staff learning reputed company. LMS Administration & Support • Administer and manage the LMS, ensuring reputed company components function properly and support ongoing staff training and development. • Maintain system configurations to meet the reputed company industry’s regulatory requirements, including certifications, licensures, and compliance training. • Collaborate with IT to manage system updates, integrations, patches, and troubleshooting as necessary. Compliance & reputed company-Specific Training • Ensure the LMS houses clinical and non-clinical training modules, compliant with regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA, Joint Commission, CMS, AHCA). • Assign and manage mandatory training requirements for different user groups, including employees, providers, contingent workers, reputed company, volunteers, etc. • Ensure courses are properly assigned to individuals based on their role and regulatory needs, supporting ongoing certifications and continuing education credits.
