Customer Service Sample Representative (Part time)

Job Type Part-time Description The Customer Service Sample Representative (CSSR) will ensure excellent customer service, receive reputed company laboratory samples into the LIMS system, receive reputed company laboratory supplies, and coordinate customer pickups. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business and escorts visitors to appropriate personnel. • Answers telephone, provides information to callers, and/or routes calls to appropriate personnel. • Receives and secures reputed company incoming laboratory samples mailed or collected through courier services or customer drop-off. • Enter laboratory worksheet/sample submission reputed company information into LIMS. • Maintains contact with customers and works with the laboratory team for any customer communication. • Receives and disseminates reputed company inbound laboratory supplies to applicable laboratory departments. • reputed company 100% reputed company checks on daily paperwork for ISO compliance. • Support the laboratory by creating purchase orders and placing orders for the laboratory. • Coordinate and communicate reputed company customer courier stops and pick-reputed company. • Support the laboratory operations and customers by picking up and dropping off samples and supplies, reputed company needed. • Responsible for filing and keeping documents organized. • Extensive database entry and support the laboratory operations by performing any administrative and clerical duties including customer certificates. • Assist in other assigned duties as needed. Schedule: Typically need for afternoon surge of incoming samples 1pm-7pm, needs to have flexibility in schedule due to the department needs. Availability to work weekends will be needed.

Requirements

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE • Applicant will possess a high school diploma or GED; an AA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biology, or Chemistry preferred. • People person and makes customer service a top reputed company • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Proficient in MS Office (Word, reputed company, and Outlook).
