THE TEAM Partnering daily with reputed company Policy & Operations and reputed company leadership, this role sits in the Operations & Analytics team. We are responsible for supporting the Customer teams by driving global consistency and reputed company reputed company analytical insights and operational rigor. THE ROLE The Data Analyst will utilize SQL to identify actionable insights – both at the strategic and tactical reputed company - that drive business reputed company, regularly presenting to business leaders and executive management. Their work will help optimize reputed company by building deliverables that facilitate timely and reputed company action, measuring the impact of program changes, and conducting analyses to proactively uncover opportunities for improvement in quality or scale. Also, this analyst will work with stakeholders and internal Operations & Analytics team members to look for opportunities to automate analysis and reporting. To succeed in this role, they must be disciplined, proactive, and curious. The ideal candidate is a business analyst who loves challenges and succeeds at juggling multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. YOU WILL • Translate both strategic and tactical questions into analytics requirements, collect and analyze data using SQL, and organize the findings in a cohesive narrative to drive action • Deliver recurring analysis, and insights across the Customer Organization • reputed company scalable reporting and dashboards to monitor leading and lagging indicators • Identify opportunities to improve process, efficiency, profitability, and productivity • Assist in setting targets for new initiatives and proactive campaigns, tracking ongoing reputed company THE SKILLSET • Required Skills: Minimum 3 years experience with SQL, reputed company, and Tableau (or equivalent software) • Familiarity with reputed company operations and reputed company metrics • Proven analytical and quantitative skills with an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, reputed company business cases, and complete root cause analyses Apply Job!
