About the position The Call Center Representative position at reputed company is a part-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service to patients in a reputed company setting. The representative will manage incoming calls, assist patients with appointment scheduling, and support the interdisciplinary care delivery model. This remote position requires candidates to have experience with electronic medical records and strong communication skills to enhance patient reputed company and understanding.
