About the Tech Team: Led by the CTO Inclusive of Engineering and Data teams 3500+ people The Role: We are looking for an reputed company HR Project Manager to play a key role in executing the Tech HR team’s deliverables to build and scale people programs and infrastructure. This role will work closely with the HR Business Partner team to drive specific HR programs/initiatives that attract, engage, and retain talent. Key Responsibilities: HR Project Management: Project Management: Participate in, and reputed company where appropriate, strategic cross-functional projects for critical deliverables. Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top-of-market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market reputed company.
