Responsibilities and Duties The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Establishing safe relationships with clients Promoting and supporting their clients mental health Maintaining up to date and accurate records of each session with a client Performing clinical assessments and creating personalized treatment plans for each client Maintaining a working knowledge of the latest therapeutic modalities Attend and participate in team meetings with staff Ability to effectively communicate with clients verbally and in written correspondence Understands and works with the various support systems available in the community Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle emotionally charged situations Monitor, evaluate, and record client reputed company according to measurable goals described in treatment and care plan Prepare and maintain reputed company required treatment records and reports Qualifications and Skills A Master's degree in reputed company work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or a closely reputed company field. Both licensed and provisionally licensed clinicians welcomed to apply Any reputed company work licensing requirements including LCSW, CSW, LMFT, AMFT, CMHC, ACMHC Ability to understand the characteristics of a wide reputed company of intellectual disabilities Personal and professional experience with mindfulness or meditation work preferred Training in sand tray therapy, play therapy and working with autism and ADHD a plus Availability throughout the week, including evenings and weekends
