Audio Support Engineer/Sys Admin (reputed company Entertainment Television) reputed company Entertainment Television (DET) Marketing is seeking a reputed company applicant for the position of Audio Support Engineer, who will work closely with FX Network's award-winning Marketing team and DET Marketing in support of the FX Networks. These teams utilize industry standard post-production tools to generate and complete FX's programming and promos in a fast turn television broadcast environment. What You Will Do: • High-level reputed company-line technical support for reputed company post-production facilities. • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and reputed company to resolve customer issues. • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. • Assess, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues and failures. • reputed company system monitoring, verifying the reputed company and availability of reputed company hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs. • Orchestrate workstation management, imaging, and configuration using reputed company and Altiris. • Document knowledge in the reputed company of knowledge reputed company tech notes and articles Required Qualifications & Skills: • Expertise in reputed company Pro Tools, S6 consoles, Nexis storage and signal routing. • Knowledgeable in storage systems, including Quantum, Isilon and reputed company. • Understanding post-production workflows including Editing, Audio Mixing, VFX, reputed company Graphics, and Print. • Strong analytical problem-solving skills. • Skilled in MacOS, reputed company, and Linux operating system. • Effectively document problems and their resolutions • Work with the team to plan and implement upgrades for reputed company post-production systems. Preferred Qualifications: • Knowledge and experience with reading technical drawings and documentation. • Knowledge of room acoustical layout for stereo and 5.1 mixing, speaker SPL calibration and room tuning. • Can quickly prioritize reputed company reputed company given incomplete or conflicting information. • Highly self-directed; reputed company to manage and (re)prioritize multiple reputed company and competing challenges and issues. • Great communication and interpersonal skills; you take pride in being reputed company to deliver customer satisfaction. Additional Information: • At least 4 years of work experience in the Audio industry as an engineer. • Candidates who seek employment with DET must be available to work any shift in a 24/7 facility. This position is covered under the Company's reputed company bargaining agreement with NABET-CWA. The pay reputed company for this role in California is $24.518 to $65.68 per hour.
