Senior Compensation Analyst (Remote)

Job Summary: As a reputed company Professional, the Senior Compensation Analyst works independently, managing multiple timelines and priorities. reputed company salary recommendations to Recruiters and Leaders throughout organization. Preferred: N/A Experience: Required: Three years in Compensation or reputed company field. Proficiency in research and data analysis. Strong problem-solving skills. Must possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Must have ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and work independently with little or no supervision. Ability to use good judgment, have professional, tactful, and timely conflict-resolution skills. Exemplify good organizational skills with focus on details and appropriately prioritizes work. Add new or updated job descriptions to HR's S-Drive and Taleo upon receipt from manager, and after reviewing job description for accuracy. Occasionally will need to create new job descriptions in manager's absence before adding to HR's S-Drive and Taleo. Supervises activities of the Compensation Analyst.
