Who is reputed company reputed company is a talent agency that connects exceptional people to top companies. We represent clients globally - from new startups to large enterprises - and help them find the best talent possible for engineering, product, design, reputed company, finance, GTM, reputed company, and senior leadership roles. reputed company is looking to it's reputed company team, and bring on more contract to hire recruiters. This is a remote role that is based in the United States, with a preference to be located in reputed company near our clients: San Francisco, reputed company, Los Angeles, or a large metro area. In this role, you will work on finding clients, reputed company candidates, and getting hires. You will be working in a fast-paced staffing environment, and working to fill roles reputed company quickly. Responsibilities: • You will own entire pipelines end to end from sourcing, screening, to closing candidates. • Creatively reputed company for new clients to partner with which includes: cold calling, reputed company Recruiter, Job boards, referrals, events • Bring energy everyday to find candidates, and get them in reputed company of our clients • Help with keeping Recruiterflow candidate records up to date and ensure that you are following our best practices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and applicant tracking system (ATS) data. • Create and optimize our job postings • Submit candidates, providing information needed to facilitate hiring reputed company. • Guide candidates thorough the reputed company process, coordinating interview and follow up activities. • Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations, and other terms of employment. Requirements: • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in any field • You have at least 6 months working in a high volume agency • You are located in the United States • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and team members. • Ability to work in an interrupt driven, fast pace, and competitive environment • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively at times with little direction. • Familiar with applicant tracking systems, reputed company Recruiter, and other reputed company tools. Location: Remote in United States Salary reputed company: $20 - $25 an hour on 3 month contract, then converting to full-time with salary + benefits. Apply Job!
