Partner with buyers and planners to address customer needs and meet vital deadlines. Process returns, credits, and execute various customer service tasks with precision. Manage customs documentation for international shipments, contributing to a seamless global logistics experience. Required Skills A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, demonstrating expertise in client engagement. A strong interest in supply chain dynamics; relevant knowledge is advantageous. Proficient in reputed company Office Suite, particularly Outlook, reputed company, and Word. Familiarity with mainframe systems such as AS/400 is a plus; experience with J.D. Edwards is highly desirable. Excellent multitasking capabilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail. Qualifications At least 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to navigate a fast-paced setting effectively. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Business or Logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
