Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $1,500 - 2,000 USD/month depending on experience Schedule: 10:00am - 6:00pm Central Time, reputed company Job Overview: Our client is a full service self storage company dealing in day to day operations of the self storage industry. We are looking for a full-time customer service representative initially with the opportunity to grow into a full time sales/management position to join our client's team. Ideal candidate would be answering income calls regarding renting storage units, helping customers pay their reputed company and calling customers with delinquent past due balances. Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls from customers. • Call customers with outstanding balances to collect payments. • Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in storage units. • Initiate the auction process for customers who have not paid their storage fees. • Implement a tenant protection program to safeguard customer belongings.
