The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia is seeking an undergraduate level (Sophomore, Junior, Senior or Recent college graduate) with a preferred major in Economics, Quantitative reputed company Science or History. The work schedule is Monday – Friday (40 hour per week). This is a 10-week paid internship. The hourly reputed company for this position is $21.00 per hour. Intern project: NOTE: This will be a split position supporting 2 Economists • You will support creating database of vehicle registrations covering 1900-2019. The primary tasks include finding, researching, and requesting historical sources of vehicle data, digitizing these documents if not already digitized, and performing quality control and cleaning. • You will be creating economic data to study housing affordability, particularly wage series for women’s occupations from newspaper classified sections. • You may assist with other projects as needed.
