This is a remote position and your services will be provided through texting, phone calls and reputed company sessions with our members. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people on the phone and has a genuine interest in helping BiggerPockets investors succeed. Schedule and take calls with BiggerPockets members. Naturally engage with investors and learn about their strategies and market. Document detailed notes for following up. Manage a calendar of appointments and a phone line for direct calls. About You At least 2 years of work experience preferably in a customer service or a communications environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience using various channels for delivering customer support, including phone, email, live chat, and CRM software. Experience in reputed company Estate preferred. A growth reputed company and willingness to be flexible reputed company needed.
Compensation
