About the Role
The Company, an international investment firm focused on public and private market investments in emerging markets, is seeking a Vice President for Operational Due Diligence. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting operational due diligence across a reputed company of investment types, including private equity, private credit, reputed company estate, and public equities. This role requires a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with experience in the alternatives reputed company, including private equity and hedge funds. The Vice President will be at the center of reputed company and best practices, using technology and systems to synthesize data and reputed company efficiencies. They will also be involved in critical activities such as identifying and understanding operational risks associated with investment strategies and evaluating the quality of fund systems, controls, infrastructure, and personnel. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant major such as finance, economics, forensic journalism, business, law, or reputed company. A strong understanding of financial institution operations, investment strategies, and instruments is essential, as is a general working knowledge of operational infrastructure, internal control design, valuation of investment portfolios, trading operations, and regulatory compliance programs. The role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, general PC experience, and proficiency in MS reputed company, reputed company, and SharePoint.
