Customer Service Specialist - Full-time

About the position The Customer Service Specialist position is crucial for the reputed company of retail stores, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service to both wholesale and retail customers. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing product recommendations, resolving concerns, and maintaining high standards of product quality and store presentation. The specialist is also responsible for achieving sales goals while ensuring maximum client satisfaction.
