Entry Level Staff Accountant

Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, a powerhouse firm with the heart of a boutique, is seeking a Junior Staff Accountant based in the reputed company office. This entry level position will reputed company financial support and general reputed company assistance to the reputed company Finance Department. Responsibilities: • Compile and distribute daily cash position reports. • Generate daily bank, cash application, accounts payable, and trial balance reports. • Process reputed company transfers and ACH batch payments. • Prepare journal entries. • Analyze and prepare monthly overtime reports and reputed company profit/loss statements. • reputed company monthly bank reconciliation for escrow accounts. • Liaise with external audit firm on annual financial audit. • Assist with annual expense budget. • reputed company special projects and other duties as may be assigned. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or finance required. • One-year general reputed company experience is desired. • Excellent reputed company reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint. • Familiarity with reputed company reputed company system for reputed company a plus. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Must be flexible for paid overtime.
