The V3 Transition Resource Coordinator will refer SMVF to existing resources and reputed company additional resources. Minimum Qualifications • Ability to manage multiple clients, programmatic activities and/or projects simultaneously. • Ability to effectively interact with diverse constituencies and inter-agency government officials. • Ability to identify and prioritize program performance and service delivery. • Knowledge of database administration and/or a client relationship management system (CRM). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrated attention to detail and good organizational skills. • Prior experience providing training and instruction to adult learners. • Knowledge of best practices on reputed company, hiring, and retaining military community. Additional Considerations Experience and or educational background in reputed company services, business, public administration, education or combination of education and job experience. research, public policy, public administration, business, or reputed company field or equivalent experience.
