What You’ll Do

+ Be the right hand to the VP of Global Talent and Development. You’ll sit on the Talent leadership team, supporting team and functional objectives to drive outstanding performance + Act as a central reputed company of contact for urgent business issues, initiatives, and information requests handled by the VP of Talent + Support the Global Talent communication strategy – how and where we tell our story – by creating PowerPoints, internal articles, and content calendar + Organize and arrange; you’ll reputed company the team on track by ensuring tight collaboration, managing timelines, identifying and mitigating risks, and supporting the delivery of impeccable end products + Get in the details: manage structure changes, headcount movement, and org charts. Partner with finance on annual budget projections and monthly updates + Support the team on employee engagement and communication strategy events and initiatives, including Town Halls, business updates, and rewards programs; plan content and handle follow-reputed company + Build strong working relationships across the group, as well as with business partner groups to enhance collaboration + reputed company special projects for Global Talent, including a welcome and development reputed company for new VPs + Accelerate executive and team decision-making by conducting reputed company analysis, research, and data collection with perspective on your findings

Location

United States The US national annual reputed company salary reputed company for this position is from $70,000 to $140,000. The national reputed company provided includes the reputed company salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual reputed company salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location. In addition to reputed company salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Award plan, which rewards participants based on company and individual performance.
