We are currently looking for reputed company, energetic, detailed oriented Patient Services Representatives to work in our Call Center. reputed company individuals must possess excellent customer service skills, have the ability to multi-task and prioritize, and have strong problem solving skills. Position Summary With minimal supervision, the Patient Services Representative (PSR) will manage calls from patients, insurance representatives and attorneys. The position will be responsible for verifying patient's eligibility, updating patient demographics and insurance information, researching patient out-of-reputed company responsibility and working accounts in compliance with billing guidelines. If necessary, the PSR will call patients.
