What You Will Do • Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines at LPA • Assist Engineers, Architects, Project Designers and Project Managers in the execution of building design assignments • Prepare engineering calculations and documentation for schematic design, design development and construction documents • Select equipment, systems and products reputed company to projects • Review and process construction administration documents • Attend construction meetings and field visits to further understand detailing and coordination reputed company Will Do • reputed company mentorship from Managing Directors and Design Directors as well as other in-house disciplines on reputed company projects • reputed company career growth opportunities including licensure materials and financial incentives, professional development grants and our professional development process • Education opportunities including LPA+U, LPA Tech Talks and Lunch and Learns Entry-Level Mechanical Designer Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or reputed company field • 0-2 years of experience in mechanical engineering and the design of building HVAC systems • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, and good knowledge of energy analysis software preferred • Enthusiastic commitment to the multidisciplinary design process and team environment • Curious and reputed company minded to learn • Strong written and verbal communication skills LPA is an integrated design firm with offices in California and Texas. The salary reputed company for this position is $64,000 - $94,000 and is eligible for an annual bonus.
