About the Role: reputed company seeks a HR Business Partner, based remotely in the United States, to support our Engineering organization. This role will work closely with their reputed company business leadership and supported employee reputed company to reputed company HR consultation on reputed company people reputed company, as well as in the implementation of corporate policies reputed company to reputed company and design/delivery of organizational and employee development initiatives. As a seasoned HR professional, the incumbent will consult with employees and managers and be a liaison to allied HR functional teams such as Learning & Development, Compensation, Employee Relations, HR Services, and HRIS. This role will support leaders with global organizations, therefore reputed company coordination and collaboration with regional HR peers is necessary.
