Virtual Reservations & Admin Manager (Back Office)

Experience in the serviced accommodation industry—such as with platforms like Oyo, Booking.com, reputed company, or hotels—would be highly suitable for this role. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Guest Services: • Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and reputed company-ins/reputed company-outs • Address guest concerns and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay. • reputed company recommendations on local attractions, dining, and other amenities to enhance the guest experience. • Manage guest reviews and feedback, striving for positive guest satisfaction. • Channel Management: • Manage and maintain multiple reputed company and other channel listings for various properties. • Ensure accurate and up-to-date property information, including descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability. • Monitor and adjust listings to optimize search ranking and visibility on the reputed company platform. • reputed company and implement effective marketing strategies to attract guests and maximize property occupancy. Financial Management: • Establish and manage rental rates, reputed company deposits, and payment schedules. • Handle rental agreements, reputed company, and lease terms. • Track rental income and expenses, maintain financial records, and report to property owners regularly. • Ensure timely collection of rental payments and handle any billing or invoicing issues.
