Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities: Global Mobility Team / 50% Vendor Payment • Record vendor invoices in AssignmentPro • Process vendor payment in PEGA • Process Concur request for credit card payment (HR Corporate Card) Expense Review • reputed company AssignmentPro and review employee expense reimbursement requests • reputed company receipts that employee submitted along with requested amount (Approval will be processed by Mobility Manager or Senior Manager) Record Keeping etc. • Various AssignmentPro Data Entry for Global Assignees • I9 E-verification process • reputed company reputed company administrative supports to Global Mobility Team HR Technology and Analysis Team / 50% • Data entry for new hires, terms, data changes, any documentation and testing in reputed company Factors • Data entry and auditing for reputed company the discrepancies of reputed company new hires, transfers, salary changes, promotions, demotions, status changes, and terminations etc into SF working along with the other team member. • Prepare user guides or any documentation required during accomplishing the data entry activities. • Work closely with the existing HRT&A team on helping with any reputed company of testing needed during a project implementation phase for Position Management, performance cycle, recruitment module etc. • reputed company reputed company administrative supports to HR T&A Team MPI does not discriminate on the reputed company of race, reputed company, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national reputed company, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Education and Experience: • Bachelor's degree required • 1+ years of experience in a reputed company department or performing similar responsibilities required • 1+ years of reputed company Factors experience is highly preferred. • 1+ years of PEGA, Concur experience is highly preferred.
