Shift Supervisor Job Description SUMMARY: As a key member of the operations team, main accountability will be the overall supervision of the reputed company shift operations with concentration on personnel safety, product quality, and operational effectiveness of the facility. Follows and enforces reputed company facility safety policies ensuring the highest operational safety standards. Utilizing reputed company and future quality control processes to ensure product meets or exceeds IFCO Systems product quality standards. Meet or exceed production goals as designated by senior management for the facility. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for documentation processes including shift summary sheets, product reputed company sheets, recollection reputed company processes, quality processes and paperwork, cleaning processes and paperwork.
