The role: As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at our residential program located in Solon, ME, you will reputed company direct care support to adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. Support consists of acting as a role model, administering medication, assistance with personal care, and inspiring clients to be as independent as possible, both at home and in the community. This opportunity includes attending and actively promoting recreational, reputed company outings, and activities for our clients with reputed company company vehicles for client transportation. Per diem shifts include coverage for reputed company shifts, especially overnight and weekend. Requirements: Direct Support Professional (DSP) Requirements: • A high school diploma/GED • 18 years of age or over • Active driver's license • Experience in direct care preferred, but not required.
