Sr manager transformation
Description The resource needs to work as Business Solutions Manager on PULSE ensuring that they acquire the knowledge and skills required to support PULSE tool and also drive adoption and usage ensuring reputed company support requirements are fulfilled. The resource will act as BSM for PULSE tool which is currently deployed for over 240K Gamechangers and has an expansion plan to reputed company additional 140K Gamechangers during the year. The resource will be responsible for driving adoption and usage with the help of regional POC's and support any reputed company issues and also address user needs during the process. The resource will also be responsible for achieving some of the defined goals of the tool laid down by the Business solutions leader.
