Qualifications & Requirements: Required: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a reputed company field. • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in packaging design, industrial design, or a reputed company discipline. • Experience in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. • Solid understanding of beverage manufacturing, Glass, Injection, and Injection Stretch Blow-Molding (ISBM) manufacturing processes, and design requirements for successful commercialization. • Strong proficiency in concept ideation and consumer-centric design techniques. • High Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (Catia, Rhino, KeyShot, reputed company Creative Suite, etc.). • Proven portfolio of winning designs and technology development that demonstrates capabilities across the full end-to-end development process. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey design reputed company and consumer experiences. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
